The EDIFICIO TOMAS (TOMAS building) offers two appartments: a comfortable Duplex appartment on the ground floor and a cozy penthouse, located on the renowned PINE WALK (Paseo Voramar) in Puerto de Pollensa, near the prestigious Hotel ILLA D´OR. The DUPLEX GROUND FLOOR APPARTMENT consists of a comfortable and bright dinning-living room with air conditioning, a spacious terrace with fantastic views over the bay of Pollensa, ideal for meals al fresco enjoying the sea breeze. It has TV and DVD. 3 double bedrooms, all with terrace overlooking the sea or the mountain, and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, oven, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, etc.; and laundry room with washing machine. CAPACITY: 6 people. The PENTHOUSE consists of a very cozy and bright dining-living room with air conditioning, a terrace overlooking the magnificent Bay of Pollensa. It has TV and DVD. Fully equipped kitchen. 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. CAPACITY: 2 people. (Please check availability and prices for Penthouse by email) Entrances and exits on any day permitted. Reservations minimum 7 days Thanks to the location of the apartments, you will enjoy peace of mind and a perfect setting for beach and sea activities as well as for bird-watching and naturalistic outings to the major natural sites of the island (Boquer Valley, Formentor, s´Albufera, Albufereta, etc.).
